Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. information.

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings, paper and canvas prints rolled or framed, going outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nadya SADFI Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at   with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
